Finally, a recipe that you don't have to scroll forever to find! On most blogs, any recipe post is usually long and wordy and contains lots of backstory - and we like to do that sometimes too. We’ll be honest though - we don’t really have much to say this time (rare for two people who usually can’t shut up).
This recipe isn’t born out of any real story - it’s nothing we grew up eating, there’s nothing we can say about adapting a relative's recipe, and there’s no touching story that goes along with it. We just like these, plain and simple.
Gluten Free Almond Cookies
Ingredients:
2 cups blanched fine almond flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ c granulated cane sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ c room temp vegan butter
Instructions
Preheat your over to 375F and oil a baking sheet.
Combine the dry ingredients, then add the wet ingredients and mix until combined and forms a dough.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool for at least a few minutes before removing from the tray.
Makes 12 - 14 cookies
